As a 2008 it should have Bluetooth as standard so that takes care of the phone. iPod/iPhone can be connected by two male 3.5 mm jack lead which plugs into rear of centre console. Press aux on radio and off you go, iPod plays but no control from head unit. Bit agricultural and there are plenty on here that has gvif units fitted by Bodsy which also works well. |

The jack to jack lead will work but if you use one of these the sound quality is better. |

Gonna give one of them a go. Fed up with two wires from the back. Would love a more permanent solution but having had custom bracket and cradle which made radio surround sit squiff and made noises, I binned it. Shame there is no way of plugging it into dock in arm rest, unless someone can tell me different. iPhone 5 in case you can |

You can get the factory fitted iPod connector they are in eBay occasionally. I fitted mine in the top box, this then charges the pod and gives track selection through the steering wheel. Sound quality is better than any jack socket. Also get a USB port with it so I can download more onto a USB stick if I so wanted. 08MY HSE 3.6 TDV8 Stornoway Grey, Twisted performance cat back... and shed loads of extras!!! |

No you can't stream music by Bluetooth. One thing I have done is read the radio manual from start to finish |
