Depends on lots of things. Is it first set of pads to be reaced, is there a big ridge or rust on the disc? If they are Brembos, get oe discs and pads. If its rears then decent quality copy parts are plenty good enough. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

The pads would have been done in the past by the previous owner.

My advice would be to fit genuine pads to Brembos. I tried spurious pads and the car really didn't stop that well, so went to dealers and bought genuine. If the discs are fine don't change them. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I agree. For Brembos use genuine pads and discs TDV8 now with extra grin factor thanks to Alive Tunning: Gone but not forgotten |

I understand that the pads used by LR are actually made by Ferrodo irrespective of the brake system used. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

You can buy uprated EBC brake pads for half that price.

Have you tried them Mikey? Interested to know how they perform when cold. Only ever used green stuff which are great when warm but don't stop you at all when cold. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I used Redstuff, and thought they were amazing. Almost no brake dust from them, and initial bite was great, and only got better as they got warmer. Just make sure they are the ceramic compound

If and when the beast returns, I might give that a go, my wheels go black within a day of being washed so anything that reduces this is good 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I certainly had no issues with brake dust. Were even cleaner than using OEM pads |
