United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

I don't disagree that the cnut should pay for the damage done. Indeed, I'd like to see him pay out of his own pocket!! But the reality is that adding ever more expense to claims won't actually hit the cnuts (any insurance quote will just be increased for 1 fault accident, irrespective of the costs of the accident) but as every claim becomes more expensive then we'll all end up paying more for our insurance Big Cry Does anyone really believe that they don't spread the costs across all customers?

The Tories were right when they said "we're all in this together" - the problem is that we're all at the mercy of being shafted by insurance companies.

What would be great is if the cnut was prosecuted for dangerous driving but I'm betting pounds to pence that the police aren't interested. Mad 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

RRSTDV8 - Yes, I would like to see him pay out of his own pcket too. No. the Police are not going to take any further action.

It really is time that the insurance companies got their act together and actually INVESTIGATED collisions. They all appear to take the easy way out and try to get their customers to agree to a 50/50 knock for knock solution.

When I remember how to I'll post a couple of pictures up that claerly show what a throbber the other driver was / is.

Ahhh....Autobiography.......I thought that I could hear radio 4 and smell moth balls Rolling with laughter
