England

Update on my trip, was 460 miles altogether and with 4 of us and 4 bikes on the back and all the associated gear in the boot, we managed a healthy 28mpg dead.
Not bad considering we may have strayed over the national speed limit once or twice Whistle
Was amazed a the light work the RRS made of the hills etc when fully loaded. Cool

Now trying to recover from the bike ride Big Cry ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
MERCEDES GL350 - Metallic Navy Blue w/Grey interior

GOING: BMW F31 335D MSport+ xDrive Touring
GONE: Land Rover Discovery 4 HSE - Stornaway Grey w/Black Interior (wish we'd kept it Banging Head )
GONE: BMW F10 520D MSport - Carbon Black
GONE:MY12 RRS SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ivory/Grand Black Privacy glass

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Just come back from Donegal to London - 525 miles (excluding the ferry!). Filled up with nice cheap diesel (£1.22/l Smile ) before I left and arrived back home with it showing orange but still 60 mile range.

Drive from Donegal to Belfast (ferry) 100 miles but not in a rush, just doing NSL - 37mpg.

Got off the ferry in Stranraer and even though paid Premium, still a load of numpties/nodders in front so some spirited overtaking. This was not helped by being caught up by a blonde in a 350 CLK convertable who was, shall we say, exuberant in her overtaking manoeuvres, some of which made my heart flinch. Anyway we kept in more or less fast moving convoy, despatching anything in front of us, all the way to Carlisle, Penrith and then via A66 to Scotch Corner where she turned off to Darlington. That was about 180 miles using S, hard acceleration and high cruising speeds. Mpg dropped to 30.

Last leg back to London down A1/M11 was at 75 mph indicated on the speedo on cruise control. Overall for the journey shows at 32.7 mpg.

No stops Stranraer to London

Quite happy with that and I reckon without the testosterone usage, that would have been 35mpg+

Sweden 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HST Java Black

Yesterday I went from Landskrona (south of Sweden, to Stockholm (capital).
The distance is about 600 kilometers (365 miles).

Topped the tank in Landskrona, reset the meter, and off we went.
Mostly Motorway, speed about 65 mph.

If the meter in the car is trustworthy, we got a mpg of 37 (Imperial gallon)or
7.6 l/100km. If You do it with Us gallons, the mpg is about 31-32

The car has got the BAS remap module.

I´m quite happy with those numbers.

Best regards
