The bottle jack looks nifty and compact. Does anyone have one of those or are they a non-UK item? Would prefer a bottle jack to the scissor jack... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

^^^ I think there was a thread on here about them being standard in Disco's and sometimes come up for sale on ebay etc. I'll try and dig it out.

The bottle jack is supplied with the coil sprung D3's as standard. To the best of my knowledge it won't lift an air suspension D3 / RRS, hence we get the scissors jack. Useless & all as it is

The TDV8 I drove at LRE had a bigger bottle jack fitted where the bottle jack is in Rupert's picture. The instructor said that those bottle jacks were no longer available and that was back in 2007.
