Not in the position to replace with a bas map yet and cant find the original remap co who garrenteed it for life, who incidentily were site sponsors and were profiled in LRO mag so please beware?

Had LRTuning (ne TC \chris) round this morning for the upgrade, initailly disapointed with the amount of upgrade over the short course we had to test, but floored it round a roundabout caused a few expletives as the thing tried to take off, had we had wings I believe I would no longer need to use Stansted or any other Airport. Bottom line I have been playing all day, and have come to the conclusion that this is "Absolute Magic" I have put the wind up a few boy racer's even on the lanes as well?
Guy's you have to do this to make it a real SPORT!!!!!!
Having my other cars sorted in the near future, and Chris I have so much fun and new business for you, THANKS!!

KiwiGraham , look up Peter James from Superchip in NZ he is based in Wahi I think. He justt came to Aust and did my 2012 with an ECU remap....... never had a better remap done , power increase is huge and cannot get the grin off my face.

He is a genuine expert in this field , once you get talking to him.....

Mention my name (Aaron Carr) ...he will look after you . MY12 RRS Black, with a few extras.

Hi Kiwi Graham - any luck with the re-mapping ecu ?
im very keen to get my tdv8 done ! but spoke to superchips here in nz and the guy installed no confidence - in fact scared me re his comments about thinking he could find one to suit and should be able to get a Bluefin unit to suit .......
not putting it near my car after comments like that.
any better suggestions ??
cheers

Hiya,

Try Stag 4X4 in New Lynn, Auckland.

They have a tried and tested reflash, take a look at their web site.

I didn't do it in the end, I'm not a fast driver and am getting an average of between 7.9 - 8.4 ltr/100k's normal driving and on a run it will go down to 7.2. Cheapest car I've had in regards fuel milage Smile

Hi
thanks for that - I shall contact them - any other suggestions of units similar to superchips Bluefin unit that would allow me to complete the remap myself via the OBD port and revert back to the original at my discretion - that is available in New Zealand would be much appreciated
Cheers
