I was hoping to get Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 255/55 19 but it would appear to be bit hard here. So few questions:
1. Is it possilbe to fit D3 orgiginal 18" wheels to TDV8?
2. And are there any 18" wheels that would fit to TDV8?
3. Does anyone know a dealer that would deliver offroad wheels&tyres to Finland

18inch wheels won't fit over the calipers on the TDV8. 19inch is the smallest that will fit. Not all 19inch rims will fit either so you would need to check before you buy.

Having said that, I believe there is one 18inch rim made by Compomotive that will fit but it's rather rare (special order?). A search on the forum should find a thread about it. You would need to modify the brake calipers slightly to get them to fit.

I'm sure lots of suppliers will ship to Finland if you're happy paying the shipping costs. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

also MTR's are just about impossible to get now a days as Goodyear have stopped making them.

There is a new shape MTR, Craddocks do them ISTR.

As RRSTDV8 said, the smaller size on a TDV8 is 19", unless you go for the Compomotive PD1880

I converted my diesel RRS to run on an environmentally friendly mixture of caribou fat and baby seals oil

So my options are:

1.Compomotive PD1880
1.a. Officialy I should remove the hydraulic tampers and the breaks will make the noise out of hell.
1.b. Unofficily I would just turn them around and they should be ok. Any one have longer experionce of this?

2. Find suitable 19" wheels and hope that GY will actually provide the 255/55-19 MTR tires some time soon.

To make this litle bit more interesting there is the issue of local legistlation. I can only increase the outer diameter of the tyre by 2". So the original tire 275/40/20 is around 28,66" So I can go as far 30,66" So the 255/55-19 MTR is ~30,04 which would be ok. Can any one sugges 18" tyre that would be MTR or similar. This would be my third set of tires so no need to think the onroad use that much.

Turned around the small weight on my RRS, so far no noise or vibrations or other problems, but I have to say that I did not do many Km since, so kind of limited experience. '08 RRS TDV8

There are no mud-pattern 18" tyres that small that I'm aware of. You might have to stick to the 19" rims.

Cooper tires have just released in Oz the LTZ zeon in 19" specifically designed to fit RRS and D4.
Good tire and reasonably priced. Have you tried Tirerack in US for these? SWMBO owns this car I get to drive occasionally

That tire is not available in Europe.
