Yeah so am i. Even the insurers did their usual until i got the ombudsman involved. It only cost 400 quid to get the wheels refurbed but it wasn't about the money it was about making sure he didn't get away with it.

I've always knocked them out from behind once the wheel is off the vehicle - no need to go near the front face; and then pressed them in carefully by hand when replacing.
