still have a knocking sound when driving on uneven roads,and a dam noise in boot area? any one else have any noise from there rear boot ares? 2007 COOLRRS |

Mine did that , Tighten the main tail gate by adjusting the ring the lid pulls down on, this pulls the boot lid tighter on the seals if its the same as I experianced. Also a can of silicone spray of boot wax on seals including the doors gets rid of any sqeeks you might get after there is more presure on the seals |

RRS ride on much lower profile tyres, whereas Discos and FFRRs are often on 55 profile tyres which make a huge difference to the ride. I have changed to 45 profile on 20" rims against 40 profile which has produced a ride quality that is nearly as good as the D3 I had before.

Thanks for that, I'm currently looking at some 19 inch wheels on ebay which I was going to fit some 55 profile tyres on, I dont get any Knocking though, suspension is perfect for rattles just a little harder than 'd like, its done 16 k know and never had a problem with the car at all, I'd fit 18's on it but from what i've read they won't fit over the calipers? |

can you tell us which dealer? ============ 2010 TDV8 HSE - ooo laa laaaaaaaaa 2007 TDV8 HSE - superb car and very reliable ============ 2012 - dearly departed, sadly missed.. to return in late 2013 with a new TDV8! |
