Good courier service

Can anyone recommend a good courier firm that will pick up a set of 22" wheels n tyres? I've never really sorted out my own courier before so haven't got a clue what to do or how to go about it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

paisleyfreight are pretty good and have fixes prices for all car parts rather than a size and weight pricing structure
