Rattle in the boot may not be the floorplate but the tools or your spare wheel isn't tight enough home.

Tim, checked the tools as I put them back in after fitting wheels.

They are very snug within the polystyrene slots for all the equipment.

I have the dampened steering rack fitted so why shouldn't it take 20's? This is the very reason why the damper was fitted.

LR would be more than happy to sell me a set of 20's. This is a £45k+ car so I should surely have the right not to expect these problems.

Just had a phoncall from Mrs ST. She has the RRS today and this is the 1st time she's driven it since fitting Stormers.

She loves the look of the car but thinks they have ruined the ride quality.

Not sure she thinks it's a good move.....

Is there really any difference in set up other than ARM between HSE and S/C?

Is there any reason why mine should sound like it's going to fall to pieces and MDP's doesn't.

When I drove the V6HSE and S/C back to back, I thought (and so did the wife from the passengers seat) that the S/C was actually a better ride, with better damping. I actually went through the top end of Nuneaton where the road surface is appauling with sunken manhole covers (Martin probably knows where this is), and tried to hit every one I could. I'd swear that the S/C coped better with the surface than the 19" wheels on the HSE.
Mind you, after a Jeep, anything is an improvement!
