Hi thanks for the response

yes a 2012 model. Just been checking the declaration I think they have the tracker wrong as well. It has the landrover trackstar system from traffic master and they have it down as RAC trackstar.

Early phone call tomorrow as I want it sorted for pick up

Josh

Hi Sue and welcome to the forum. Unfortunatley the year model that you have purchased does not offer the capability to play your music via the bluetooth feature. You have to use the Aux output. This can be done with a cable from the aux socket.
In terms of phone. You can just pair your iphone up to the bluetooth.

Thanks very much for your response with regards to the pin. Bit of a funny one, but I've now gone back to the car, put the phone back in and it won't pair up. The car won't recognise the phone and ask for the pin. Any ideas guys?? Sorry to be a pain!

Open bluetooth menu of your phone and search for devices, then select Land Rover and enter password "2121" and you should be fine then. TDV8 HST STORNOWAY ON A 58

Newbie

Hi Folks,

Just joined the forum, i have been reading alot of it over the last few days and looks good.

I am picking up my RRS TDV6 HSE 07 next week, moving from a X5 which was a fantastic but just wanted a change and always liked the RRS, so thought you only live once why not and its always nice getting a new vehicle.

Does anybody have any advice they can give me for things to check or to look out for when i pick it up from the garage?

Thanks in advance

All sorted. Ended up turning the phone off, and when I switched it back on it asked for the pin again.

Thanks again for all your help!

Sue,

Accordng to the TopiX owners handbook for an 08 RRS, a maximum of 8 mobile phones can be paired with your car.

On my '10 it's only 5 !!!
