Chrisp.
I know that most woman out there will crucify me for saying this but where the porsche is beautiful and I really really like it. However, I think it definitely is lacking something and thats a man sat driving it. I think that i would have this car if i had a husband or a chauffeur. As it stands I have neither and im not even close to getting either.

Saw a Panamera for the first time in the flesh yesterday.........we be sheltered down ere in Devon see ! they dont look to good in dark red, found a 55 plate Toerag for £9,995 though !!! I know what you are saying about bloody cars, that stooopid Jag XF took a year out of my life with it's constant niggles, every time you turned your back on it it threw a hissy fit. As much as I like the exotic stuff I have learnt that the faster the car is the weaker it is !!....... 2CV's all round then Confused

I've only ever seen 1 and it did look fabulous but would I buy one (if I could afford it,which I can't) then I think the answer would be no,would rather have a Full Fat with a mega spec Thumbs Up

Foxy, you should employ an aide-de-camp think of the extra work you could do sat in the back going from A to B Thumbs Up MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

If you want a sporty four door look at the Maser. They are gorgeous inside and out. Sound like thunder and have a passion no german car can ever give. Also, people love em so no being cut up or blocked out like you get in a Porsche. I'm back with Land Rover

Mine's ready today... and the Vogue is going back... Thumbs Up

TBH it's not been my cuppa at all... no quieter, no smoother (surprised at that) and eventual mpg after a week was 3 more than the sport ( at 27 ), not a drivers car with vague, numb steering.
Good points were DAB stereo, interior finish and flappy paddles...but that was it

Looking forward to lateron and getting my baby back...(complete with colour coordinated lower sills and a full detail Mr. Green Mr. Green ) RRS gone

I CANT WAIT TO GET MY CAR BACK IN THE MORNING YEHA !!!

One thing ive noticed about the vogue is that when on a drive on the motorway, when you get to about 85 it seems to have a complete and utter drop of acceleration. . . ALmost a big turbo laggy.
It then kicks out a bit of a stumble then regains speed..... I kept having to say to it.... Im not over 10 stone I know youre designed for fat old boys...

Anyway I cant wait ! ! Wahoooo Smile

Foxy,
Its probably when it drops into 6th gear and the revs drop back to ~1500,best to keep it in S and that locks it in 5th (i think?). MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

Agreed, these sort of schemes are completely ridiculous. Many are in bed with or own their own hire car company, with completely unjustifiable hire costs for cars. I know of an example where a chap with a £1800 MGF had an Audi TTRS for 3 weeks at £600 per day while his car was being repaired. £12,600 in hire costs to repair a car worth less than 15% of that.

And people wonder why insurance costs are rising at a ridiculous rate. What with this and the fraudulent injury claims and those who reverse into others and claim to be hit from behind.

Whatever happened to old fashioned honesty and just putting up with a bit of inconvenience when we have an accident?

Ive seen cars hired out at over £1000 per day on these accident management companies "like for like" schemes. Even if they do go to court, its no skin off the management companies nose if they lose, as they more often than not have financial interests in the lease company anyway - so they just suck up the legal fees and have no other expenses - the hire car company just writes off the charges.

If anyone does use one of these management companies, it may be worth finding out who the other party is insured with. If its the same company as yourself (or one of their sister companies) then those ridiculous hire car costs will filter their way down to your own premium next year. RRS 3.0D HSE 11MY - Fuji White, a few extras.

I got my baby back.... So when i got into her it felt amazing. Just as I left her. Always comforting to get your own car back isnt it...

So I had a look closely when I got home and noticed two faults on the paint work thats just been done. ??
Just emailing the pictures over to the garage.
Am I being too picky or are these marks just not right? Opinions on a postcard please !
