Everyone be very wary, I have just been in court as a witness with them and 3rd party insurer.....3rd party insurer claiming outrageous charges (25K for 3 months hire of a 5 series) apparently this is a regular occurance for them, this is how they make their money. It is also the leading cause of massively increased insurance premiums! |

Yep all these claims management companies are'nt in the game for fun, anything to do with insurance is like a blank cheque. |

Foxy they will offer you some insurance on the whole claim which costs very little. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT. It is because of this that whatever the outcome of this ongoing court case it will cost me nothing, it just shows you that seeing as this insurance for insurance exists, it happens a lot!!!

With a bit of luck they may just fit a new bumper already painted in your colour, I think you may well have the right to refuse a body filler job on a new car. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures

Selling a new RRS and losing 10k is enough to make you not want to change your car so quickly....... |
