Its just an annoying process now with all the "without" a car situation and the fact i could end up driving god knows what whilst this is being fixed and oh i just want to go on holiday and come back and things be fixed. I hate havinh a scratch on her let alone this.

Foxy, when someone drove into my other car, I used a company called accident exchange. They deal with the client who is not at fault in an accident, and will get you a like for like replacement or BETTER and they claim the cost back from the party at faults insurance company. May be worth a look.
