Rear DVD Headreat Monitor Trim Removal

Hello All. I have some scratches on the outer plastic/rubber trim of the DVD Monitor on the front headrest. I wish to have this repainted and was wondering if there's a way to remove these trim pieces. If not, is it possible to pull out the headrest so I can work on painting outside the vehicle? I'm assuming that there will be wires connected so this maybe difficult to remove. Painting inside the car may not be a good idea so if there's a way I can remove the trim pieces or the entire headrest, this will be easier and cleaner to do.

Thanks!

Thanks Bobby! Would you advise to start from the bottom up or top to bottom?

I have not done it but I would think pulling out each corner a little and slowly would be ideal. Smile Malaysia Boleh!

Okay I've pulled out the bottom part and both sides but can't seem to detach the upper portion. I've tried pulling in every direction imaginable and any more force would I think break the trim already. Any suggestions?

Thanks..
