I don't think you will get a good finish using spray can's, you need a proper air gun with the right mix right temperature aspecially this time of year, and a good primer, you will need to give it a few coats of primer to build up and get rid of the plastic texture of the trim, spray can's are not the best for spraying paint, they should of stopped at hair laquar's

you are wasting your time with cans, its only cellulose paint, while the rest of the vehicle is in 2 pack paint,

Got 1 left, the other 2 have sold on eBay. I didnt bother getting them painted, i sold my S/C for a 911 C4S

Just have a go! What have you got to lose if you have spares. Key the surface prior to spraying use a decent plastic primer, spray the top coat on and leave to dry, make sure you apply the coats carefully, little at a time is always best but get a good few coats on then if it looks a bit orange peely when dry just get some soapy water and some very fine wet and dry ant rub them down, when you rubbed them down polish with rubbing compound then finally with polish. Ive got many good results with spray cans. |

Just a note I resprayed an entire rear of a defender with aresol cans of genuine colour...it can be done and you can get perfect results.
