Gas Suspension

Hi All..Quick question
Can you set the gas suspension to lower automatically when you park up so not to have to flick the switch?? only asking as i had a flat battery & the system was showing faults until it reset itself, & i noticed the gas blow out of the suspension & the vehicle lowered on its own?? Confused Confused

Think you'll find it's air - not gas! Cheers Laurence.

I don't think it is possible mate. The next best option you have is to programme the key to do this for you through the Land Rover Button. Page 32 of your Owners Manual if you have one. The procedure is as follows:

Air Suspension Control

Programmed by keeping the Land Rover button pressed and also pressing the suspension control switch. A chime from the instrument panel will confirm successful programming.

Programming of this function must be done within 1 minute of switching off the engine.

After programming, to change the suspension height via the remote control, remove the starter key, turn on the hazard warning lamps and close all the doors. Remote operation is not possible until this is done.

To raise the vehicle press and hold the LR button and Lock Button

To lower the vehicle press and hold the LR button and unlock button.

Hope this helps you.

when the suspension (air) is working correctly it has very little draw on the battery when the car is parked up
