Car wont start !

I recently payed £7000 to get my car fixed : full top end i.e pistons, rings, heater plugs, valves, timing chain etc. and the mileage was only 82,000 now i have the car back it has broken down 4+ times in 2 month Land Rover took it back in to check problems through a diagnostic check nothing is coming up. The problems are when it put the key in the ignition the doors lock the hazards come on and the engine doesnt start the faults come on the screen are limited gear selection transmission failure, dsc failure, hdc failure, suspension lowered, transmission fault traction reduced, engine system fault, park brake fault auto release not functional all the lights on the dash/dials come on red + orange and the temp goes sky high and the red dot goes on but on sometimes the car starts and runs fine. 06 plate 2.7 tdv6 hse.

At a guess from similar on D3 site battery is goosed, either on it's own or because alternator is similarly goosed.
