No! Mine have frozen and you can't hear the the motor when trying to engage. Fuse box is behind the lower glove box. RTFM! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Is there a seperate fuse for the windscreen washers ?? also the motor runs when you push the stick. ..My old Ford ranger has got just water in the bottle & they work.. |

My windscreen washer fuse keeps blowing. It is a 10A fuse which is number 11 if I remembr rightly behind the glovebox. Is a right PITA to change too if you got gorilla hands. |

Hi All... Well finallly got to the bottom of why my washer jets would not work.. i must have tried to make them work when there was ice in the motor & it broke all the impeller blades off. Hence no water i took it to the local LR Dealer, their mechanic told me it was abitch of a job "The front wheel had to be removed the mud gaurd had to be totally removed then the motor could be accessed He said it would be a 30-45 min job & cost about £60.00. I bought the new motor of them£17.00.. stuck it on my mates ramp took 4 screws out at the front of the mud gaurd & pulled it back 8 inches left the wheel on ..motor for the windscreen pump was easily accessable changed the motors over, put the 4 screws back in & hey presto it works fine ..Total time to do the job was 12mins.. Ps There are 2 motors for the washers 0ne for the lights & one for the front & rear screen
