I've just had this and they told me it was a faulty EGR valve. MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

That's what I also thought, but surely the car would log a fault code? Also, there aren't any symptoms of a faulty EGR. TDV6, MYO7 Java with Ivory leather, 19 inch wheels |

My 07 TDV6 did the same thing, the diagnostic pointed to an EGR Valve not quite closing properly so I did this and the light has never returned: 2 Stroke Oil added to diesel
