i presume they gave you their details, if not IIRC its an offence which you can ask PC Plod to obtain them

This happened to me twice badly when I had my MG Tf - First time no evidence so paid myself. Second time I was near CCTV and had evidence so they paid up

My opinion is that you should report to police as them refusing to give information. Then in six months time (the duration the police have to investigate) they will do something about it. Now from experience, although they may deny it to you and an insurance company, the majority suddenly "Buckle" when they receive a plod call. This is what happened when i got hit in my Lotus Elise

Thanks for the input guys. I have reported the incident to his insurance company in the unlikely event he admits it, and also to confirm in a round about way that the guy had insurance - as that may influence the next phonecall......... 2007 RRS Supercharged, Black & Ivory, 22" Overfinch and MY10 rear lights.

He listed the company on his details when I asked for his name and address 2007 RRS Supercharged, Black & Ivory, 22" Overfinch and MY10 rear lights.

Bad luck sir, i am sorry to here about your incident, that is the trouble being out on the streets, there are so many Skanky no respect first class A*SS HOLES about.
