You mean the trans fluid level.. . This is quite tricky. The recommendation is that the fluid level should be checked when the temperature of the fluid is between 30 and 50 degrees! Now, in order to do this you will need to hook-up an LR diagnostic equipment, if you have one. With the engine at idle and the fluid temperature in the recommended range, slowly remove the filler/level plug at the bottom of the gearbox. If no fluid is flowing out, fill the transmission until a small thread of oil runs from the filler/level hole. The trans is now full and level so screw back the plug. Done!! Easy isn't it? ![]() 4.2SC Chawton White, Stormers Tasmod's Sills, Wind Deflectors, LR Sills Clear Side Repeaters, Towbar Larini Sports Exhaust, K&N Air Filter ______________________________ WINNER - 2008 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award WINNER - 2009 Outstanding Contribution WINNER - 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award |
