I'm also only getting 24 mpg. Most of it fairly sensible motorway and country driving.

I have been doing a great deal of asking around and research and think that I have discovered the problem.

27 mpg average on a tank with 30 mpg on a sedatish 80-85 mph cruise on the A1. I am hoping to get the average up to 30+ so will see how we go next week post this "upgrade" as i have a number of far flung places to be! My 2010MY RRS 3.0 TDV6SE is Nara Bronze with Almond leather, straight grain walnut trim, 20" 15 spoke alloy's, mood lighting and power fold mirrors Gone |

Spoke to the Dealer Principal and then the service department. They called back and were extremely helpful. They are coming to pick up my car (over an hour away) and leaving me with their RRS demonstrator while they fix the car and then return it. It does seem as if all owners will be contacted very soon regarding the Q093 recall.

I was not impressed with the fuel consumption compared to the 2.7 although did not notice a turbo lag. Vehicle went in Monday 1st March for gearbox warning and had a number of software updates at the same time.
