Here is a better picture with all the relevent part numbers, only the front pipes and centre is needed, therear is the same on the DPF model.

The DPF is not in this picture which is why i posted it, for the people who want to remove it.

Check with TUV if it is compulsory to have DPF (do all cars sold in Germany have DPF?). If not, then why would anybody ask you for it 3 years from now? Hangover, you are asking them to change the nature of the car - quite obviously they will not agree to do it. Though, as your car is out of warranty and this is the modification you are after why don't you take the responsibility on your shoulders? Get the dealer to do it for you by accepting in writing all the potential risk this may cause. I wouldn't see a problem then.
