I will not change my tdv8 against an supercharged I love it... but this dpf failure goes on my nerves. i cant belive that EVERYBODY who drives an v6 or v8 diesel (or big guys with v10 / v12 touaregs and q7) need to drive every week 1 hour highway to clean the dpf.

This is an extract from a LR publication in 2007... On vehicles from 2008MY, an optional Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is available. The non-DPF exhaust system is also available on vehicles from 2008MY as the DPF is not required to comply with EU4 emission regulations. I think the only way to get rid of your DPF system is to change the exhaust system to a non-DPF type and just eliminate the DPF software in the Engine Control Module... Malaysia Boleh!
