Just changed my 2.7 TDV6 for a MY10 3.0 TDV6 but over the 2 1/2 years i had the 2.7 (from new) it

Since we got ours, about 4 weeks ago, average has been 26mpg. Would be a bit higher if I never drove it |

Around the village and semi open country side 31 to 32mpg Motorway under 70mph have recorded 43mpg when virtually alone on the road at night with cruise control in place |

43mpg on a full journey I really can't believe - do you mean you reset the computer once at speed on the motorway? |

This mirrors mine to be honest, both the car mpg and my mates comments about his mpg ![]() Had around 34 on a motorway journey once but couldn't stick to keeping my foot off the accelerator and it went down then to around 28-29 |

Mine is a TDv8 though, not a TDv6........... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Just tanked up after a month of snow, the computer showed 17.7mpg but actuall was 15.9mpg!

I use an i-phone application called "AutoZoid" which is an excellent little package for tracking fuel consumption and other vehicle costs. City driving avreage is 9.7 l/100 kms. The computer shows 8.8. |

Yes, I have found something similar. Nearly all my driving is local/town and I used to get 21mpg, went in for the 60k service and now I seem to be getting 18mpg. ![]() |
