Mine has one. It makes the interior feel brighter. I have only opened it a few times in the summer. It has 2 opening positions - half or fully retracted. I reckon it is a worthwhile extra. If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....

Worthwhile indeed. When open gives the car a whole different feel.

I like them on the RRS but it eats into the headroom of the car if you are very tall.

3 open positions actually. Half open, fully open and tilted up at the back. I reckon it's worth it...makes the interior brighter. If particulary hot or cold I shut the blind over to provide insulation from the two variables when parking up for long periods. TDV6 - gone TDV8 - gone Audi Q5 3.0 Tdi Sline wef 6/11/10 |

Had a sun roof on all my LR's, except this new RRS. Would I like one? Yes. Are they any use? Definately, No. The wind noise is awful above 25mph in general. They do let in light, but in the RRS it doesn't need it like the high roof lines ofctge FFRR or D3.

I'm pro a Sun Roof for two main reasons, one is the increased light / space feeling & the other is heat dissapation on hot summer day's - when we get some ! LoL

I'd like a sunroof, as all my mates think i'm a gangster driving a black RRS.
