often the two faults are related - EGR goes and Turbo fails soon after, or the other way round. If you use the search tool on the tool bar and search on EGR or "turbo" you will find plenty of posts about this problem. you can also join the sister forums www.disco3.co.uk and there are numerous posts there about this quite common TDv6 problem 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Though turbo failure is not uncommon in these their is also a pipe that tends to split as well and cause loss of power etc.

normally egr valve faults will not bring on engine fault warnings,just loss of power

A sponsor was selling turbos at a good £ IIRC recently - do a search - may have been bell autos |
