Just signed up and posting for the first time to let you know I picked up my RR Sport last thursday.

I have never owned or driven a 4X4 until last week so I am looking forward to reading members comments and tips about the car.

Hi All,

Just a quick introduction, I'm Mike and I have just purchased & taken delivery of my RRS 07 HSE TDV8 from Harwoods in Croydon after much help & info from this site on spec, price & faults etc.

It's Stornoway Grey, 1 owner from new, full LR service history, 21,000 miles, Full HSE spec + Sunroof & a few other goodies

Drove 500+ miles on first day with it & was very impressed & pleased but .......................... it did have a few problems, front suspension knock & de-laminating steering wheel which have now all been fixed by the dealer under warranty !

First impressions - very good bit of kit !!

Next step is to get the bodywork properly detailed & some decent pics

Great forum, keep up the good work  I am their leader................ which way did they go ?

We've been reading your posts on and off for sometime, though we'd better get round to signing up though, as we pick up the new toy next Saturday. 07 Tdv8 in grey. (Well, it'll be grey until we get it muddy anyway.) This will be our tenth Land Rover, though we haven't had one for a couple of years now. Here's a pic of our last one. (If I can work out how to post pics!) Oh and a couple of the wifes .... err, truck? (It is her's, honest!)

it, can't work out how to do it!!!!!!!!!! 4wding only starts when you have to get out the cab. Everything before that is just driving on crap roads!

Hi just joined after ordering a my10 Sport in silver with ebony preium leather and contrast stitching,any views on the leather topping option,could not really tell the difference between standard and the leather for the money. Currently drive Disco3 but could'nt quite get on with looks of the 4. Delivery some time in Feb. Cant wait
