It was very common on pre-MY10 RRSs fitted with DR. The disappointment is that the MY10 DR system was meant to have resolved the issue - seems that is not the case, so you're far from the only one getting it. Remember there aren't that many MY10 owners out there yet, so the number of respondents in your particular situation is going to be much lower.
