Evil or Very Mad
If LR haven't fixed it, and released a new version of the RRS with a 5 year old problem, that is complete disdain for its custmers.

I can't believe that LR would ship MY10 models with this same issue. It doesn't make any sense at all considering that they had released a new fix for it on the older models just prior to the MY10 release!
The cost to LR for repairing all the older vehicles must have been huge, Why would they then not apply a fix to
the new model when they already know about it! Doesn't make any sense and to be honest I don't believe it.
FYI - here is my post regarding the fix I refer to. http://rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic14309.html?highlight= I should point out that since this was done to my car I have done another 10K miles without any further problems! As far as the comments that LR say It's a "feature" or "Characteristic" of the car, sorry but I think that is down to individual poor dealerships. At no time did my dealer try and fob me off with that excuse. As soon as they were told about the problem they accepted it as a "known fault" and LR authorised the repairs without any fuss. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

Agreed, but for the flaws to be carried over to the new MY10 model is just shameful {sic} brave on LR's account. In a little over a week and a half I will have the definitive on this, I shall be driving the Sport and Daddy S/C back-to-back. Thumbs Up L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Had this on my 2008 Tdv8 but have just changed to new 3.0 MY10 and no problems - the suspension is a massive improvement with no knocking at all.
