Check your battery.. May need charging, may need replacing.. I was told by the dealer that just driving won't charge and to use a charger overnight..

I drive about 115 miles a day, I would think that should keep her charged, but I'll get the men that know to have a check the next time she goes in for a little love. And before I forget... Christmas tree! |

When I wasn't using the RRS much I left a solar charger connected and that kept the battery topped up. Never had any problems in cold weather with mine, it was great fun driving in -27c with snow up to the doors Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

Yes - as in lit up like a.... I had several warning lights across the dashboard, the screen reported: suspension fault, then park brake fault, then gearbox fault... I drove straight to the dealer and they said the computer was reporting low charge in the battery. That I should charge it overnight, and if that didn't fix it, then I would likely have to replace the battery. I believe it is also well known that cold weather puts extra strain on a battery. Lespes' suggestion is a good one... I will do this at some point. I am amazed Land Rover don't offer it as an option! |

If the computer can detect and store a fault code for low battery charge, then why don't they have the information screen report this rather than all the other errors that report when the Can Bus has a low current. |
