Been reported here too.... it burns away, but shouldn't happen in the first place.

I had 2 inches of water in mine! These are not sealed units and the water will evaporate. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Condensation should burn off once the headlamps are switched on for a while. As VA says, they are not sealed units so condensation does build up occasionally. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Ive just added a LED for my wabasto heater timer in the front light today and found a small ammount of condenstation when doing it.
