Did they check the MAF sensor? I can see how a bad sensor could cause the symptoms you are experiencing when you reach a certain speed. It could be a variety of things, though. |

MAF sensor sounds better than valves - that sounds very scary and expensive !!! |

sjdavies, what engine and model year is your Sport? S/C have had issues of reduced engine power under load in some 06s and 07s. There was a TSB issued about it - something about an auxiliary coolant pump for the supercharger being miswired at the factory - and I can try locating a copy, if that's your engine. |

MY SC is an 05 with the 4.4V8 engine, so thankfully not the pump issue.

sjdavies your RRS icon/profile indicates that you have a TDV6 HSE ........on a S/C I doubt it will be the EGR valves then, (may not even have any on that engine). RRS TDV8 Buck Blue (no, not now in my dreams). ..........D3 TDclankety clankV6 ............BMW 318i |
