If you want a sports car that handles well go for the RRS.

You don't mean that do you? Shocked

Yes he does. Coming from a 911 to a TDV8 RRS I can vouch for that. There are other ex 911 owners on the forum that have said the same thing. The RRS with DR may not be the best 'sports' car in the world, but it handles itself pretty well, especially in TDV8 and S/C mode.

It does handle well for what it is, I agree, but you could never call it a sports car... Rolling Eyes

I was speaking metaphorically - what I meant was that in the terms of comparison to other 4x4's it is a sports car. i.e. you want a 4x4 that handles well - the RRS is it.

Further, a straight choice between chucking a 911 round a very tight bend and a RRS, I'll take the RRS - at least that is predictatble AND controllable in how its going to behave.

Wise choice! Thumbs Up

Done the FFRR and albeit a fantastic car, at the end of the day it is old school in comparison to the Sport. I would not consider a FF again until the new version is with us, sometime in 2011.....now that could be the beast that tempts me back again.
