That sounds much like myself! I live in Manchester but work in London and if I don't drive down, I fly, which is more polluting per person travelling! Basically, I can't get too worried about it as I don't want to be driving around in a Prius, so its tough! Anyway, I feel great because my RRS has a sticker on the windscreen saying my carbon footprint for the first 45000mls has been offset! Does anyone know how LR do this?? 2013 RRS SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

They invest the appropriate charge with Climatecare who will further invest the money in cutting carbon emisions in countries that have not signed up to the Quioto (spelling ?) agreement. they will not plant trees in third world countries because trees get cut down then burnt thus producing CO2. what they will invest in is things like hydro electric and wind power. If they do it in countries that are signed up to Quioto then these goverments have agreed to cut emmisions and will take the credit and increase the tax we pay for running theese wonderfull cars |
