I think the theory in very hard water areas is to go for bot a 30 and a 0 put them inline and then they all last longer, might be worth asking that Doc. |

The water up here is very soft, but Scottish Water have taken to adding things to it now and every time I turn on the tap instead of a slight tinge from the peat that it always used to have I now get a blast of Chlorine followed by "clear" boring water! So I'll have one of the softer water systems please.

Or even Coca Cola's Daesano Water.......................... "natural spring water" that came out of a tap somewhere just off the banks of the Thames I believe and thus passed by the general public 2-3 times before being bottled!! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Can the ionic effect be switched off (i.e. so I don't waste it when I use a power hose etc / don't have to disconnect it every time I don't need it?) 2022 P440e AB |
