May I suggest spending a few more pennies (sore subject I know Exclamation Rolling with laughter ) at the pump by filling up with BP Ultimate diesel or the Shell version if you can find it. They've got the additives built into the fuel......so clean injectors. Can't breach the warranty by using good fuel. Wink

I generally use BP or Shell.....but I am not sure if they are anything more than bog standard diesel in Australia. The pump just says.....Diesel, no premium, no ultimate. They only recently went to less than 50ppm Sulphur in this country.

Do they market better grade diesel grades in UK/Europe ? Can you notice the difference? As I understand it, the only difference is a higher Cetane rating, which ironically you can get through an additive.

I must say the additive I have been using has reduced the smoke quite significantly under hard throttle. RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof
