Why don't you like discounts?

cos I didn't get one Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

basically my dealer had already sold its allocation for the next 6 months so there they weren't interested in negotiation. I also went through the normal internet brokers however never got any reply

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Yes, Land Rover has screwed UK dealers allocations, (long story) still that means your residual value's going to hold up well Very Happy

Most dealers aren't offering any discount, and I don't really blame them. Most internet dealers can't get discount so either aren't advertising RRS at all or are advertising it with no discount, and keeping what little they get as profit, so aren't really interested.

The only reason I'm able to source some discount is I've been a supplier to the big UK lease companies for a long time, and they expect some money off as they buy thousands of cars a year, and get it. I was able to negotiate the same deal with my LR dealers, so can pass it on. Very Happy

Decent savings on the 2.7, (I can source an HSE for Jan / Feb, S or SE for March) very good savings on the Supercharged, (some in stock) even I'm currently struggling on money off the TDV8 but expect some in the next few months.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

LR misjudged the demand for both the FFRR and the RRS............ it seems to me they need to get some better forecasters and to read some of the forums just to gauge the demand for their products. At least it's good for residuals for those in early on in the car's life! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced

Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

People who want to clone a car look at forums such as this and see that there is a black RRS with the reg RR55 ABC and before you know it you get parking fines, speeding fines etc. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
