Great news

Great news, My dealer phoned yesterday and my RRS HSE will be ready for pick up at 1100 hrs Friday.
I did mentioned that I was concerned about the PDI as I had a bad experience with the other LR dealer in Alberta, and he assured me that his service department takes pride in the PDI
So That means I will be heading to Jasper for a weekend of skiing in our new Sport. Good chance to try it out in the snow. Hope the stock tires can handle it.

Sounds a nice way to break it in, I just came back from 2 wks in Whistler, must say that skiing in Sunshine, Lake Louise, Norquay, Whistler and Panorama have all been excellent, truly memorable experiences. Laughing

Welcome by the way!

PS: While in Whistler I only saw 1 Sport, I would have thought with the money swilling around that town there would have been more, but after seeing that I could have a FULLY specc'd GMC Yukon for only £27K, I can understand why they are so popular instead. Shocked L319 D4 HSE

Just picked the beastie up and drove it home up the Pacific Highway, put it to bed in its nice garage for the night, the lowest level means even the emergency stop cord on the auto door does not drag across the roof Very Happy

Hope to get some serious time in on saturday, work gets in the way of enjoyment Evil or Very Mad Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
