You'd need to try and describe the noise. Does it sound rotational or reciprocal?

Probably a cooked wheel bearing made apparent with the spacers due to the additional strain on the bearings. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

When my wheel bearing died it made tinny squealing noises, not droning or vibrating. It could be early stages and the added offset makes it apparent, stock does not. Mine made me think I had a rock stuck in the splash shield occasionally. Took over a year to finally pin it down to the wheel bearing.

I’ll doff my cap if it’s a wheel bearing would be an elegant fix, wouldn’t expect to fail at 60k miles and 20 miles on a spacer…
