Spacer Making Noises

Hi All, I’m having issues with the rear right wheel which is making unsavoury noises with rotation of the wheel. They’re a sensible offset at 30mm from a quality supplier, a fellow forum members using the identical product without issue so it’s not the product. And I’ve had a 2nd set from the supplier which further eliminates the product. There’s no noise with the standard wheel only when spacer is fitted. Struggling to understand what could even be fouling or causing the noise which almost sounds like a backplate scrubbing. The only quirk I’m aware of to this corner is the brake pad wear sensor.
If anyone has constructive ideas would be really appreciated (there’s no vibration, just a frictional noise)

You'd need to try and describe the noise. Does it sound rotational or reciprocal?

I would suggest jacking the rear wheel up then taking a dead blow hammer and bashing the heck out of the tyre to see if you can repeat statically.

I would suggest the most obvious issue would be something happening with the caliber dust cover but doesn't really explain linked to the spacer.

Probably a cooked wheel bearing made apparent with the spacers due to the additional strain on the bearings. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

surely if it was the bearing he would get the same noise with the second set of spaces tried.
