Just had same issue on my 2011 sdv6, garage wanted £800 to fit egr saying that's going to fix it

Hi only just seen this reply, the pipe which was split on mine was near the back of the engine, there is a Y joint and I pulled it to try and remove to test the vacuum. Apparently when no or not enough vacuum the shut off valve will remain shut, therefore no secondary boost, nice easy cheap fix in the end |

They are on the left looking at the car from the front, near the back there is a tandem pump with black pipes they have a y shaped joint on one pipe (the other is for the brake vacuum) and go across the engine on one side look where the joint is,I pulled mine to try to separate to test the vacuum and it split in two pieces |

Not on the turbos directly it comes off the vacuum pump at the back of the engine splits in two one each side goes engine across to other side |
