He will grab as much as he can but he wont talk any other vehicle that 4x4 but it will effect others.

OK, just retaxed mine (online so painless), new disc will run from 1/3/07, current disc expires 31/3/07 so I'll get a refund of 1 complete month (by form/post), so it cost me £17.50 to do this BUT ANY increase is offset for this and future years to as long as you are allowed. Inc the card fee of £2.50 then any increase over £20/yr and I'm in the money...and any increase for future years pushed back by 11mths....  Cheers

What I don't understand is Mr Prudent's thinking on car emisions car taxation. The cost of off-setting my RRS per year is under £30, (which I do by he way), how does he come to the £400 per annum figure???

Seriously this is a tax disguised as a green measure - most people don't ask questions, they accept what the government feeds them and so long as they keep getting their benefits each month they will continue to vote Labour.
