Yes the unit slides into that bracket and the connector for it is in some foam taped in the loom just below.

I fitted remote activation of the FBH to my MY2010 a few weeks ago. Plug and play and quick edit of the CCF.

I bought the module (8H52-18D540-AA) on eBay for £45, antenna from Dan at Duckworths for about £27 and a brand new remote (LR027493) on eBay for £55.

I think the remotes used to be a lot cheaper, but they are becoming more sought after so are selling at a premium. You have to make sure you get the right one - the oval shaped one with 'on' and 'off' keys with the land rover logo. Do not be tempted to get one with the heater symbol on the left hand key - it won't work. It needs to have 'on' written on it. Kev
