Sorry to be pedantic but -- Legal documents need to be precise - engines ( and mechanical items) seize they can 'cease' operating as a result of seizing.

So now we know the answer to the wuestion "When is a warranty not a guarantee?" A: when it is a JLR approved warranty.

Disgraceful. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

Apparently the car was bought from a non-LR dealer and they provided an in-house guarantee - nothing to do with JLR. They’re trying to avoid paying out because the engine failure occurred in Germany . . . . . Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic
