If you keep putting coolant in (10 Ltrs sounds a lot) and it’s still low in the reservoir, you are losing it somewhere. If it’s not in the footwell and not on the drive/garage floor, it must be in the engine or gone through it. Have you looked at your oil? Do you have excessive smoke out of the exhaust and maybe a lot of water pooling around the exhaust tips?

i know thats what i thought oil is all good because i did wonder if it was head gasket but no water in oil i really hope its nothing serious |

sorry no no water near or on exhaust and no smoke i put a large square of cardboard under car after filling it and left ovenight nothing on there |

The only other thing I can think of is it’s leaking steam when at operating temp through a high pressure leak. Any other leak would show up as a puddle under the car.

The coolant takes circa 11ltrs to fill (i know because i replaced my coolant at the weekend)
