England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red
red tansmission fluid

Doing an oil and sump pan swap on draining the ATF it looks reddish brown Censored . I thought it was more a golden colour, anyone else come across this. If it ain't broken down it soon will

2005 RRS HSE Rimini Red (my Disco 3 in a posh frock) sadly selling
Think I see a pattern here

It's probably be flushed before and red used.

Used LR can end up black !

Just a bit wary when I did the the diffs and transfer box the front diff had red oil in it. Think I'll do a double drain and fill drive it for a 1,000 or so miles and do another one Thumbs Up If it ain't broken down it soon will

ATF is dyed red although some of the newer products on the market are amber or even blue Thumbs Up

The correct LG6 fluid is a light honey colour and when well used is the colour of tea to black.

If you have red fluid in there, it is the wrong fluid.
