Good luck - I'm sure they will find and rectify the problem, as in your case, the knock started immediately after the suspension decided to lower itself at speed.

My RRS sounds like a 20 year old Escort with worn shocks

In to the dealer next Friday to be looked at but based on what I have read so far....don't hold out a lot of hope

Are all these RRS fitted with the Dynamic Response system, or are we gettng reports of other front suspension knocking noises, as well as those caused by the ARC valve on the Response?

For that matter which vehicles are fitted with DR as standard and which could be fitted with it as an option?

RRS's without DR have knocks also!

I don't have DR and have no knocking or noise problems from the suspension. As to which models are fitted, as far I know, all Supercharged are fitted - prior to the 2007 MY, it was an option on the other models (not sure about the normally aspirated V-eight). In 2007, all HSE trims including the TDV6 have DR. At least in the Belgian market. This will vary from market to market with the U.S. getting the most toys included.

Another point is that 85% of RRS that I see are HSE or higher.

Most of them DON'T have DR

NOW all HSE's up have DR = BIG PROBLEM!
